I found the perfect are rug for my front room.

My dog is blind, he bumped into the moved furniture and hurt himself, although they didn't have enough flooring to complete the job, (3 rooms) they had enough to come do 1 so I could put furniture back! NO EXTRA CHARGE
The installer was on time, completed the job really quickly, and a super job cleaning up, carting away old flooring. VERY POLITE, FAIR PRICING, GREAT WORKMANSHIP. The floors are BEAUTIFUL, and I didn't have to wait months for job to be done.
I cannot express how WORTH it is to go small business instead of large warehouse stores! Personal attention, quick install, easy, simple, KIND, CURTIOUS staff! There was no waiting for assistance. When they approached me I told them what I wanted and they immediately went to work helping me. In just a few minutes they found what I needed. They scheduled an installer to put in my flooring. He gave me a start time of 9 AM, and at 9 AM he was there. The installer was excellent. He was a hard worker, business like at all times, And cordial. The installation of the flooring was flawless.

I was in the flooring business prior to me moving to PA. We were redoing our room and we needed carpet. Knowing the business I knew Home Depot wasn’t an option for me. So we walked into Giant and was greeted by Tammy, she was wonderful!! Knew after a conversation what we were looking for. She went right to the 15 ft. Carpets so I wouldn’t have a seam. She sold us!! I didn’t even ask for a lesser price. Tammy kept up with the whole process from ordering it to tracking it!! Long story short the carpet came with a defect. The installers were great, personable, and honest. The carpet situation worked out and shortly we will be going back to have more work done. Eric was great throughout my nightmare but never suggested I settle for the defect. They are all respectful professional and prompt!! I highly recommend them!!
