Good customer service and thecstore is very nice.
The problem I had was with the installers. Bf installing the carpeting, they unrolled it on the ground, in my driveway, in winter. I was appalled.

First off, the salesman/owner was extremely professional. What really topped the experience off, was that, the original installation developed a problem that couldn't be repaired, so instead of them coming up with all types of excuses about what they can or can't do. The problem was solved. The entire job was removed and a New carpet was installed. Satisfied!

They offered the best price, completed the job fast and perfect.

I had a very good experience at Giant Floor in Bartonsville, as staff went out of their way to be accommodating. I was looking for a floor cleaner, which had been discontinued. The sales associate called around the other stores to see if they had any in stock. They also provided different suggestions on where to possibly find the product.

This company was excellent to work with! Their work was great and done in a timely manner! The staff was very accommodating and helpful!

Salesman was courteous, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Did a complete estimate of my flooring requirements and informed me the excess could be returned for a full refund. Showroom was clean and well organized. Delivered timely and with no damage. Large selection and reasonably priced.
