I had a great shopping experience at Giant Floor Bartonsville. I love how the different samples of flooring are actually in good size sections on the floor of the store, so you get a good idea of how the flooring will look on your floor. The salesperson was so helpful with finding something that sort of matched flooring already in my home, and also within the price range I could work with. Very pleasant experience. The flooring that I purchased looks great now that it's down on my floor, and I'm very happy with the quality. I will definitely be shopping there again when I'm ready to put flooring in the basement.

Giant Floor was recommended to me by my realtor when I purchased my property in January 2023. The sales rep was knowledgeable and communicative and the store had a great selection to choose from shown in books as well as set up on the floor. Installation was well done. Giant is more expensive than big box stores, but overall I thought it was worth the cost and will use them again for our main floor.

The team there was so responsive to helping me address my flooring situation. I was installing multiple floor types and had most but not all of the square footage needed. The team went to work and was able to source and supply me what was required to finish the job. I couldn’t be more appreciative.

I had an excellent experience with Giant. They worked hard to answer my questions about their products. I was able to buy a much higher quality flooring at near the same cost as the cheaper box store flooring. They had everything I needed on day of pickup and moved me ahead of the contractors loading up. I will keep my business here for any future needs.
