My wife and I decided to join GDV club a year ago and we recently used the club to reserve a hotel room in Palo Alto. Our plans changed and we cancelled our hotel reservation within the time frame specified on the reservation. After various calls to the hotel and GDV customer support, we were told that we could not cancel the reservation.
I called our salesman, Virgil. I have to applaud Virgil's response. Virgil jumped in and started to help us! Over several weeks Virgil kept up the communication with us and held strong on our position and was helping us in every way. His support was OUTSTANDING! His actions showed his true character and the character doing business with GDV.
