Garage Kings Dayton

My project was an attached sunroom. The workers were very nice and professional. They did a good job and made short work of it. The schedule for the job was changed 2 times originally 6-19-19, then6-18 the last notice was Friday 6-14 saying they would be there Monday 6-17. Then I was told on Sunday that it was unlikely the job would start on Monday due to rain. So I was shocked when the crew showed up on Monday morning . I feel the scheduling could have been handled better. I realize weather plays a huge part in this. Also there is an outdoor attached patio that has not been scheduled yet and needed to be done separately due to weather and being exposed to the elements. I did not know that there would be such a strong odor. The door from the sunroom to my home is not air tight and a window was left open in the sunroom . When the wind picked up it caused odor to come into my living space . It was very noticeable and overwhelming. I had asked the workers to cover the entrance door to my home with plastic and seal it off. They did that but only while they were grinding then it was removed. If that barrier had been left on then it may have helped prevent the odor coming in my living space. I am curious why the perimeter of the floor was not met up to the wall. There is a gap from the floor to the wall. Would that have been something that could have been done to make the floor look finished and joined to the walls?Overall I really like the surface.
