Future Generation

Future Generations is a wonderful daycare. One of the best things is being able to communicate with my child's teacher(s) and staff whenever necessary and if I need to relay anything or ask a general question. This daycare is also very festive and big on promoting parent night outs, where parents can have fun and build connections with other parents. They send photos and daily summaries of my child's day(what they ate, potty details, nap time) each day via an app which is also very helpful. Their hours of operation is also pretty wonderful. We are beyond grateful to Future Generations for the excellent care they have provided to our son. The staff is just amazing, they always welcome your child with a smile and such a positive energy. The classes for infants and toddlers have a reduced size, so the teachers are able to pay attention to each kid individually. We were given updates of our son’s progress on a regular basis, and the staff was always accommodating and willing to listen to our needs and concerns. All of the teachers knew my son’s name, even the ones who were not in his class.
My son was always happy to go to school, integrated well in his class, and learned lots of new skills. We are a bilingual home, so we deeply appreciated that part of the staff could speak Spanish.
One thing we believe that could be improved is the optional lunch menu, which could include more healthy foods. Read more >

I love Future Generation. My daughter just started a little over a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. Miss Lisa and all the staff is always very friendly and patient if you have any questions or concerns. They keep you up to date on your child daily activities and even send photos. Great place ,My daughter had 7 month when she started and was in this daycare for a few months, it really felt like family to her and she loved going to this place. We had to move out of state but will definitely considere this daycare if we go back NJ. Read more >

My son has been apart of the Future Generation family since he was 5 months old (he's 3 now). Everyone from the administrator's (Ms. Lisa and Ms. Lynette) to the teachers have been nothing but welcoming from the first time we stepped foot in the school. Whenever I had concerns, (I'm a first time mom so in the beginning I had a lot) they've always addressed it and made me feel better everytime. I’ve been at FG for 3 years, and it’s been a trying 3 years for everyone (2019-2022). But they have seriously gone above and beyond to provide consistent care for their families, in a loving, nurturing and safe environment, even in the pandemic. Recently they implemented Weekly PCR testing for the kids which is a huge bonus, as it provides another layer of security as well as convenience.. The staff in all four classrooms my daughter has been in have all treated us like family. I never worry about my daughter, and she’s always excited to go to “school”. It’s a small center, which I personally love. Everyone knows my kid, not just the teacher in her classroom. The walls are always covered in bright colors, child artwork, and seasonal decorations, and they greet us a the door every day with big smiles. During the most hardest times we've been through during Covid 19, they stayed ahead of everyone and were able to stay open for the Essential workers. While my previous day care had to close their doors FG was able to help me and my 2 kids, at the time 2 and 3 years old. I have seen such great improvement in both of my kids. Lisa was very personable and helpful when we visited the daycare. Other teachers we've interacted there were also friendly and welcoming. We wanted to bring our son there, but due to a sudden move (job relocation) we no longer are joining the Future Generation family. They were very understanding of our situation. Pros: The staff is professional, wonderful, helpful, and very attentive when it comes to your child care needs. Unfortunately, I had to remove my infant son after a week due to my work schedule, but if I could have I would have left him there. I was fortunate enough to use my deposit for the child care needs of my 8 year old for summer camp which was very helpful and he had a wonderful experience and never wanted to go home.

Cons: The location is a smaller one space wise, but the needs of the children are met and the children are cared for, that's all that a mother can ask for; that their child is well taken care of in their absence.

We have taken our daugther there since she was 4 yrs old. She is now 5 yrs old and excelling with her development. They really work with the children on development skills.
My husband and I are confident and comfortable when we leave our daughter everyday. With tadpole apps they keep us informed in all the activities they do.. The directors do not hesitate to call either one of us during the day.. That get a BIG STAR in my book!!
They are family oriented and make us feel a part of their family too.
Like we always say to each and everyone of the staff THANK YOU for taking good care of our daughter everyday..

My son is 11yrs old. He went to this daycare for years as a baby to a kindergartener. He loved it. The staff remembers him always. Now my daughter who is 4 goes there. Has been here for 3 years about . She absolutely LOVES it! I love the staff. A special needs child with a very hyperactive personality, my son's every need has been met by the kind, supportive, and loving staff at every turn. Trust me -- he's a handful. My daughter has been at the day care since she was 1 and now my 5 month old son is also there. They are like an extended family and my daughter always comes home happy and usually doesn't want to leave. Every teacher has been amazing and Ms. Lisa and Ms. Lynette have been very helpful throughout the years. They are very understanding to each parents situation and work with you to ensure your child gets the best care possible. The infant room is super clean and the staff really cares for your baby. Ms. Amina and Ms. Desi class are so fun and my daughter has learned all her ABCs and numbers and much more. While more space would be nice, I like that it's not too large because kids are given more attention since classroom sizes are smaller than other locations. Highly recommend this daycare!
