I have to give Nicholas Wakely a shoutout and DEFINITELY Ryan Rundell a five-star review. I was very skeptical signing up with Fund & Grow, despite the good reviews. I know how many "business credit" marketing schemes there are out there. I signed up and went through the process right away and was approved for more than $50,000 of funding on just phase 1. I am hoping to get access to $250-500k after completing the next few rounds and feel very good about that. I am in a unique industry that Fund & Grow doesn't work with very often and this raised a few challenges in which Fund & Grow were by my side every step of the way to overcome. My first concern was the terms of 0% credit and was it renewable. My second concern was could I convert the credit into wire transfer to fund different business investments. My first concern was addressed pretty quickly and we were able to get 0% rates on cards that will last my business aat least 24 months before needing renewal (which is possible - Fund & Grow told me that they have clients doing this for 9+ years). My second concern, although initially alleviated, proved to later be an urgent situation. After getting my funding and cards in the mail, I attempted to use several of the card to wire processors that Fund & Grow recommends to utilize the 0% cards without triggering cash advance fees and interest. Upon trying to my first wire, I found out that all of the initial card to wire processors that I tried did not allow my business industry (my business is in investments & finance). I got in touch with Fund & Grow and let them know how disappointing this was, because, before signing up, I was led to believe that this wasn't going to be an issue (there had been some confusion on their end on which industry I was in). Essentially, I could not even use what I had purchased. At this point, Ryan Rundell reached out to me and immediately got to work recommending other card to wire services that could help me. He assured me that if none of these options worked, he would find a way for me to use the credit. After some KYC verification, I was able to send multiple wires and use ALL of my business credit with no further issues. Ryan was proactive in following up to me without me having to chase him. I have been in business for myself for a decade now and can't recall the last time I ran into such exceptional and caring customer service. I was initially skeptical, but it is obvious to me now how Fund & Grow has become so wildly successful. Wish these guys nothing but the best and will be using them for years to come.
