Fund&Grow

So far my experience with Fund & Grow has been a positive one. The representative assigned to work with me, Retrena Thomas, has been very engaged and has worked diligently to get me as much funding as possible in my first round. F&G estimated that they would be able to secure about 30K in credit for me and they got pretty close to that prediction as I received 27K in this first round. Keep in mind that everyone's credit situation is different and results will vary. I had about a 720 credit score; but was carrying high balances on my cards and had a few late payments going in so that factored in to why I was not able to get as much as I would've liked. These next couple of months will now be used to build & maintain a good credit file with these new credit lines as well as removing credit inquiries from my credit report so that I can be ready to receive more funding in...

Luis and all the folks at F&G were very thorough and a pleasure to work with. They were able to secure enough credit for me to get some very necessary rehabs done on 3 of my rental properties. After the rehabs are done we will then be able to secure long term financing. F&G really helped us out of a real bind.

I worked with John Madison at Fund&Grow for the past couple moths, he has helped me achieve $77,500 on my first batch. I am happy with the way they have helped me get move forward in my financial life (specifically in RE investing). I just finished my 1st round of Business Credit Cards with Brandon Kroon from Fund and Grow and I got to say, what a pleasure it was working them, from the first email right on through the entire process they really take care of you and manage the entire experience. It has been a little under 3 months since I signed up for Fund & Grow, and Macey Glenn has been phenomenal in following up and always asking if there is anything that I need assistance with.
