I used F&G for property acquisitions and found the service to be fairly simple and hassle free. In my first batch of funding, I was able to receive over $60K in credit with 0% APR across 5 cards. F&G also helped with the cash conversion process so that I could use the cards to buy RE and pay contractors directly. Bianca at Fund and Grow is amazing. The first day she started applying for loans, she got me approved for around 44,000. I sent her a message the next morning asking if we were thru with this
round of funding, and she said “No, we are just getting started.” About 15 minutes later, she sent another message that I had an additional $50,000 approved and the card was on its way. I build new homes as rental properties and one Construction loan for 60,000-$80,000 would have cost me at least $3,000 in closing cost. As a bonus, most of the cards have rewards and 0% interest for the first year. So , needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my results.
