I started working with the Fund & Grow family back in January 2018. I have used the $148,400 (that Fund & Grow has got approved for my business startup) to cover pre-development costs, join professional organizations and attend ULI trainings. While my real estate development business is still growing, so are my banking relationships and professional contacts. I have also started an online business and my 0% APR business credit cards allow me to purchase product inventory without interest. Try doing that with vendor credit. If you can’t tell by now, I am not only a fan, but a BIG fan of Fund & Grow.
