WOW, is all I can say - and Thank You, of course, to Bianca Rivera! Bianca negotiated for me four lines of corporate credit totaling $76,000 - and she did this in just 20 days! I never thought that this would be possible and I am very grateful for her dedication and tenacity to pursue such a lofty goal for me. With these corporate lines of credit I will be able to have the funds needed to close my real estate deals. Thank you again, Bianca, you are the Best!

The process was very fast and effective. Being a new RE investor, i was looking for business funding so i can grow my business. John Madison was very helpful in getting me 51,000 just in my first round with 2 more rounds to go- which has been a blessing. It definitely provided me the boost i was looking for. Excellent working with Michael Velazquez! He ensured I received the maximum funding I could receive during the first round. Garnered business lines of credit totaling $63,000 within a few weeks. This included a tough negotiation with a bank that eventually turned out favorably.

Since receiving funding in January 2021, I have closed on a 1-bed oceanfront condo in Florida, which I am setting up for short-term rental investment purposes. The unit has been painted, new furniture unpacked, photos scheduled and going live shortly.
