It is amazing how everything came back cleaned, pressed, packaged and even labeled so as to make an easy transition back into closets, etc. Very efficient and very well done!! I only have one suggestion, which relates more to our particular case. There was a misunderstanding concerning which closets would be emptied, and had I been here, I would have asked for special handling of a few items that required special care. Several pieces should have been hand washed, which I would gladly have dealt with myself had I had the chance. They shrunk and will have to be given away. But other than that, all was beautifully done and I thank you!!
