It’s been great working with these guys! They’ve been responsive and have done a great job at cleaning all my fabrics and electronics.

Our insurance company, Farmers had requested service for our blinds. We didn’t have to do anything, they did it all!!! Install was quick too! Friendly staff as well. Our blinds look new too!!

Trinidad was so thoughtful to take the time and have the patience to bring out each clothing item to me so I could easily sort through to separate out our order for 48 hours. Very kind to deliver items to hotel. First team should be the only company to be considered in these situations we especially appreciate Trinidad and Angel, they treated us like family.

FRSTeam was great. They were prompt and professional. They stayed in contact throughout the process and were available for questions and prompt with responses to inquiries. They also worked well with State Farm making this horrible process significantly easier by taking care of most of the process through my adjuster without need for my assistance.

Our experience was very positive. Val and cortney were very sensitive to our situation and helped us through the process.

Really great to work with! They collected and stored all the damaged items and were constantly in contact throughout the cleaning process. They made it that much less stressful dealing with the aftermath of the fire.

Very happy with the condition of the returned materials. Trinidad is personable and professional. The only reason for four stars was that it took every bit of the three weeks to return, cutting it pretty close to an important event.
