Freedom Rehab Aquatic Therapy and Balance Center

I highly recommend Freedom Rehab. After just two weeks of aquatic therapy I found that my balance improved exponentially. In the past, I would take debilitating falls. My body couldn’t adjust quick enough to recover from slight changes underfoot, and I’d find myself falling. My therapist worked with me to strengthen my core, and we worked on simple balance exercises. Since starting aquatic therapy, my balance has been tested several times, and I’ve been able to stop myself from falling. It’s quite miraculous.
I also struggle daily with debilitating chronic pain. In the past, traditional physical therapy just exacerbated my condition. I would have to quit because of the pain. Aquatic therapy works wonders because in the warm water I don’t feel pain. Aquatic therapy has helped to strengthen my body, and after completing several months of therapy, I am able to walk further, have more hope, and feel closer to obtaining my health goals. The staff at Freedom Rehab are top notch! And I love the water, so for me, it’s fun, too!
