I’m extremely happy with the service I received. I contacted him on Friday about getting my transcripts notarized and apostilled, and by Monday, everything was already taken care of. He went to the location, had my documents notarized and apostilled, and mailed everything out right away. I received my complete package abroad just two days later!

Phil I'm pretty sure is a superhero. I called him from Eastern Europe requesting an Apostilled copy of my marriage certificate and he somehow managed to get it from the County Clerk's office AND Apostille it in the Dept of State AND ship it to me within 24 hours.
