Phil provided prompt service that exceeded my expectations. I contacted Freedom Mobile Notary to ask about a document that I needed apostilled. He returned my call within the hour. After informing him that I live out of state, he offered to save me time by going to the county where my document is filed to pull the record so that I didn’t need to mail my copy to him. He was able to get my document apostilled and overnighted to me the following day. He even provided a backup copy of the original document for my records. Phil made getting our birth certificates apostilled so fast and easy. He knew what birth states required what, made arrangements so fast (as time was of the essence) and came to our house for pick up and drop off and then even overnighted them where they needed to go. Cautioned us to ask questions about needing translation of the docs, for our dual citizenship— stuff our lawyers hadn’t mentioned but could have potentially held up the process and been costly. Turned out not to be an issue but was so thoughtful to think of and pass on. No kidding, going with Freedom saved us days of precious time. So awesome. So professional.
