Phil is the best! Literally. I don't know anyone providing the service he does. You should use Phil & Co for anything Notary / Apostille / Expediting shipping of important documents, etc. This is the second time we used his services for handling international documents notarization and securing an Apostille (which I've done by myself in the past and still remember the pain of dealing with it). You just schedule a meeting, Phil shows up and handles it all for you - sometimes as quickly as same-day... amazing! Lucky to have found him.
