I scheduled an appointment online with notary Phil. Same day service and he showed up to my home on time. He takes being a notary seriously and makes sure documents are filled out completely and the person signing is properly identified and signing forms on their own will. Phil's awesome! I needed notarization and an apostille for a document that would be used abroad. Notaries seem to be everywhere but the apostille process seemed daunting. I scheduled with Phil online at 7p on the same day and he came by right on time. He explained the apostille process, made sure we did the notarizing all prim and proper and had the apostille done the following morning.
He also saved me a decent amount on international shipping of the hard copy. He made the whole thing a painless and quick process and I'll definitely go back to him for all notarizing and apostilles in the future.

I needed to have a POA notarized and apostilled for Chile. My initial notarized POA got lost in the mail from Colorado Springs to Denver where it was going to be apostilled. So I decided to just get it all done from scratch in Denver. The Secretary of State office in Denver told me there was a Wells Fargo bank in the building for the notary. Of course when I went the bank did not have a notary working today. I went to the Secretary of State office to see if they could help me locate a notary. Phillip was so kinda and helpful!! I've been trying for months to get documents notarized and apostilled and haven't gotten anywhere but as soon as I talked to him, he was able to notarize my background check and even stayed with me in the Secretary of State office to make sure everything was done right.
