Look no further! My experience at Free Body has been great. I have had several appointments with Marissa and Marc.

Quality of care:
First off, you will have direct 1-on-1 sessions with the actual physical therapists (all doctors, no techs or assistants) for the ENTIRE SESSION. That, by itself, is rare and makes Free Body more valuable then most other pt shops. Second, the PTs are intelligent, genuinely engaged in helping your rehab your body, caring, and interesting people. On top of individual excellence, they are collaborative in their work and regularly pursue continuing education (a great sign for any healthcare provider). They have gone above and beyond to educate me and make me feel comfortable with the process. I have also gotten services that are beyond regular PT, such as dry needling, which was life changing.

I’ve been going to Free Body Physical therapy for almost two months now and have seen significant improvements. Vanessa warmly greeted me at the front desk. My physical therapist, Marissa starts with some massage and mobility exercises and helps strengthen your lacking strength areas you will feel better In no time!!

I came in not being able to walk properly (noticeable foot drop from a herniated disc). Marissa was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my entire rehabilitation experience. With her careful attention, I have gotten back to doing all the things that make me happy (running, biking, weightlifting, etc) I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received at Freebody PT. All the staff are also super friendly!

I love Free Body Physical Therapy! I injured my ankle and felt like it wasn't healing quite right or getting back to 100% after a few months, so I decided to try physical therapy. Marissa listened and helped identify exactly what we needed to do to get me back to even better than I was pre-injury! The individual attention is so helpful and really motivated me to do my exercises in between sessions. Marissa focuses on achievable goals and marking improvements, which is great since improvements happen over weeks and can be difficult to notice, but they are amazing to see. I highly recommend Free Body - the whole staff is great and the free parking is convenient. If you're considering PT, definitely give Free Body Physical Therapy a try!

I wore a back brace to my first visit with Marissa and left without one. I’ve worked with Marissa and Mark over the past several months and they put me back on track. Marissa also does dry needling which worked wonders on a tight QL muscle. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I've come to Free Body PT for two separate issues in the last year, and have seen Marc and Marissa, as well as a former therapist who left for a program. This practice chooses incredibly knowledgable physical therapists who work with you do meet your goals in a way that's sustainable and empathy-based. Marissa helped me to make major improvements on an old running injury rather quickly. I feel very lucky to have been referred to this practice.

For several years, I've unsuccessfully tried to deal with a muscular issue in my arm/shoulder and was at a place of total resignation. Marissa at Free Body helped me get from that low point to noticeable relief in just a few sessions. By the end of day one, we had goals and an initial game plan in mind. By the end of my second and third session, we'd isolated the issue and have been making progress ever since.

Thanks to a regiment of small strength and therapeutic exercises, my work and life have improved significantly. We've also been doing dry needling in that muscular part of my shoulder and I encourage folks to give that a try.

The staff who work the front desk are helpful and kind. Another bonus is free parking in the lot outside. I couldn't be happier with everything.

In that timeframe working with Free Body Physical Therapy my pain reduced tremendously and I also regained 70% of my range of motion for my shoulder back. I came to Free Body after 3 months of strggle with an shoulder impingement. At the time I had 1 month left before going to a circus acrobatics training camp. Marc rolled up his sleeves and set up a treatment plan to address my shoulder mobility and stability. I've learned so much from him and within 3 weeks I could do handstand again without pain. I end up being able to lift and throw other humans again (a.k.a. partner acrobatics). Marissa also offers dry needling which is very effective in release muscle tension.

I really love going to Free Body Physical Therapy. It's easy to make an appointment and the staff are super helpful. Marissa is a fantastic physical therapist to work with. She's friendly and engaging during session. Most importantly though she knows what she's doing! She immediately zeroed in on my pain and her progressive plan started me feeling better in just a few weeks.

Post shoulder surgery, I understood that I was going to need many months of physical therapy. I dreaded the thought of going back to big box therapy where are you are nothing more than a number. I learned of free body physical therapy through a friend and decided to give it a shot. I knew right away I was in the right place. This is a small family owned business and it’s literally impossible for me to be any happier with my progress. Marissa was my main PT and she was absolutely outstanding. Toward the end of my treatment, I also incorporated dry needling. What an incredible add-on to physical therapy! Marissa knows what she is doing! And, Mark is running an awesome outfit. Next time I get hurt, hands-down no question, heading back to free body!

I found Marissa a very knowledgeable and encouraging PT. Every time she showed me a new stretch or exercise she explained why we were doing it and how it would help my aching shoulder. I came to Free Body Physical Therapy for pain that I had on my right shoulder. I had limited motion and unbearable pain. After a couple of months of therapy, my shoulder finally has a full range of motion. Thanks to Marc and Marissa for their one on one sessions and for taking their time during each appointment to correct my shoulder. Can’t thank you guys enough!

I've worked with all the staff at Free Body and each are knowledgeable and attentive to my issues. I feel like they really work on a treatment and exercise plan that is right for me, and are flexible as my needs and body have adjusted. On top of that, they share a space with excellent massage therapists and it is great to have communication between the people who are working on your issues.

I definitely would recommend Free Body, I really feel like I get the 1-on-1 care I want from a physical therapist.
