I chose Dr Cusumano for implant surgery over another Raleigh firm because of the thoroughness of the examination, the time he spent making sure I understood the procedure, the options presented, and my level of comfort with his skill, knowledge, and customer care. The entire office staff has been very customer service oriented and helpful. I am new to implant procedure and being comfortable with and having confidence in my service provider was my most important criteria. I also appreciate the explanation of the cost provided and pay structure offered that helps with my financial planning for this restoration.

They treated me like family. Everybody that work there is nice and respectful. Care about all of your needs

Very easy and calming! I had tried another place before this, and they were kind of rude, didn't answer my questions, and they didn't even take out my teeth! Apparently I was moving around too much.
This place was exponentially better! They treated me patiently and kindly, and gave me very clear post-op instructions. They even gave me a numbing spray at the IV site! I would recommend Dr. Cusumano and Mrs. Taryn to anyone!

This office is great. They got me in within a week of me calling. The process of scheduling was easy and well explained. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Overall a very wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal. 10/10 but I can only give 5 STARS

Very professional office and staff. After an initial exam I needed a biopsy and they performed it within 45 minutes. They also made a referral to a specialist. Everyone was exceptional kind.

Writing this in response for my dad, a 97 year old patient of Dr. Cusamano, who recently had two teeth pulled. Dr. Cusamano was very patient with my dad as well as me and my sisters. He explained exactly what he was doing and answered all our questions. He even saw him back in that same day for excessive bleeding and called to check on him the next day. Very pleased to finally have this done. Staff also was very nice and helpful.

They did a terrific job with extracting a tooth of mines on 8/12/21.Didn't think I would be able to get it did but him along with his staff helped me through the process and it was a success 👍
