I have been a patient of Foresight Chiropractic for over three years, and I feel better today than I have felt in over 50 years. A head injury as a teenager attributed to many physical changes including nerve damage and cervical disc problems causing extreme pain and worsening with age. I researched chiropractic care after watching "The Doctors" T.V. show where a chiropractor specializing in re-positioning the atlas vertebra had helped Montel Williams with his M.S. Dr. Lavender is a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist, and his entire staff is the very best. They are knowledgeable professionals, committed to providing quality care and are accommodating and flexible with scheduling appointments. Feeling better every day is now a gift, along with healthy eating, exercise, and chiropractic maintenance. Thank you Dr. Lavender and staff for your continued care and support.

After a weekend of camping, I came home and was getting back into my normal routine. I woke up Monday morning with a pain in my shoulder. I was unable to move my arm in any direction without extreme pain. I received an adjustment from Dr. Lavender which helped to dull the pain. Afterwards we tested my pectorals muscles. We found that I had a division of my pec major and my pec minors were not functioning properly. I was completely unable to resist my arm being moved out of a position and had limited range of motion. After getting both my pec major and pec minor muscles re activated I can resist my arm being moved. I am now able to freely move my arm without any restrictions and have more rotation. I am so excited to be able to move my arm normally!

If you're ever in the market for a chiropractor you HAVE to go to Dr. Keith Lavender's office on Lindsay and Baseline. Dr. Lavender uses AMIT so your body can heal itself! "The power that made the body is the same power that heals the body". I literally look forward to my weekly Wednesday visits with them, unfortunately had to miss this week but will be back next week for my "attitude appointment" (I always leave in a waaaay better mood). It's amazing what having your atlas aligned can do. The ENTIRE staff is soooo personable and genuine (including the front office and billing which is rare in any doctor's office lol). They actually care about the patients health and well being, not just how much money they can make off of you. How freakin sweet and thoughtful are they to send me a get well card signed by the whole office?? Thank you guys!!

I have been to several chiropractors, physical therapists and even had back surgery. I got the most and quickest pain relief after one visit with Dr. Jarman. He understands how to help your body repair and recover from an injury. He doesn't pop your back like a traditional chiropractor. This office wasn't covered by my insurance. It was worth every penny I had to spend. I spent more money and time trying to get fixed by other chiropractors and physical therapist on my insurance plan. I should have gone to Dr. Jarman 1st. I walked out on my 1st visit with instant relief. I highly recommend Dr. Jarman.

I started going to Foresight after a car accident in March. Dr. Lavender is wonderful. He is very kind and compassionate, but most importantly he is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on the latest advancements. I have see Dr. Jarman a couple of times, and he is great as well. The Foresight staff are all amazing. They learn your name after your first appointment and they make sure you have the best experience possible. My back and neck are definitely doing much better. I highly recommend this office.

I suffered for years from what I thought was just a bad back. pain killers didn't work and normal doctors could not figure out why I was in so much pain. Dr.Lavender was able to confirm my atlas c1 was out of alignment. He adjusted it back into alignment. The relief of pain was amazing, The level of care I received at Foresight was a blessing.
