Florida Building Inspection Group was awesome! Jorge came out to inspect at the very last minute, same day notice! We are closing on a brand new build, but they were able to find things which should be remedied that we didn’t. So thankful for Jorge’s prompt arrival and very thorough inspection. During these crazy quarantine times, all precautions were taken to include mask, gloves, and shoe covers. FBI Group went above and beyond our expectations and gave us a very detailed report. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel at ease on their home inspection.

As a real estate agent, I would highly recommend FBI. They have been amazing and we consistently receive positive feedback from our clients who have retained them. In addition, I was doing some due diligence for a client and really needed some answers that were time sensitive. I had a complete Home Inspection done by another company and I was very disappointed with the lack of detail. I was out of state and unable to attend the inspection due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Being such an important part of a very important purchase, I decided to have FBIG do a second inspection.

Jared was the Home Inspector and was very thorough, professional and excellent communication before, during and even days after the inspection.

The second inspection uncovered several important issues that were not noticed in the original inspection

I have had the opportunity to have a number of inspections with FBI Group for various different buyers.
