Brian was very punctual, very thorough in the inspection process and was very informative of the information found. He was also very courteous and respectful. His timeliness of the report was extremely satisfying.

What a thorough inspection with all questions answered!!! The inspector took the time to explain what was found and how specific things in the house worked as we were not familiar with water softeners and such! We highly recommend them and since the inspection turned out things we did not like about the house we will be using them very soon when we find the next property we put an offer on. The thoroughness of the inspection saved us a bundle!

We purchased our home site unseen and our realtor suggested FBI group. We had Travis and he was amazing! Prompt, courteous, and walked us through our results over the phone, answered all our questions without hesitation.
