This was a new experience for me and I was very grateful to see how thorough Brian was. I had certain concerns and when I spoke with him he reassured me he would carefully check everything thing out, take pictures of various areas and answer all my questions. He certainly did this and when he was finished he went through everything with my Realtor and I.

Such a great experience because we have not been able to see any of the process of our new home . Very through final inspection .
