FBI did an amazing job. My inspector, Jonathan, was very helpful in explaining everything he found. When he found his first violation within the first few minutes, he asked if I wanted him to continue. If I stopped there, I could get half of my money refunded.

My wife and I met up with Patrick at our new house this morning. He introduced himself and explained exactly how he was going to inspect our house. He went room by room checking everything except the electrical panel and the roof because the builder Lennar won’t let anyone on the roofs or open up the electrical box until you officially close on your house.
