The Florida Building Inspection Group with Patrick Modglin is awesome! Since I am out of state and not being able to be there for the pivotal times of my new construction, it’s extremely comforting knowing that I am in such great and professional hands. Patrick and crew are truly the best of the best from their product to Patrick’s amazing customer service. He even met my husband and me when we flew down to visit the site and took the time to explain the whole process and helped with key contacts too!
