Patrick was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and took a lot of time with us to make sure all of our questions were answered.

My fiancé and I had just purchased a home that needed to be inspected. The staff was very friendly, and were able to reserve a day and time without any hesitation. Our inspector was Chris, who was absolutely amazing. We met him at the house, and at the end of the inspection, he went over everything that he was going to put on the report. He was super friendly and easy to talk to/ask questions. We were also provided with a book that provides all of the information needed to know as first time homeowners. I would highly recommend FBI!

Chris helped us with the first place we were going to buy, we decided to buy new and Patrick helped us there and they were both great! They both were there an hour early to start on the outside which was great for me because it saved time, Patrick even found stuff in the band new house! I already referred them to a cousin who is building a new house in October! It definitely helps and saves you money in the long run,having a third set of eyes is always worth it.

Patrick was very thorough and extremely professional. He explained everything to me about the process of the inspection. We felt Patrick was the best inspector we have ever have used. He was timely, thorough friendly and at the end he reviewed all the areas of attention and focused on the issues that needed repaired on the 4-point. He complimented on our choice of property and how well the work was done. We feel we found a real gem of a house and inspector. Also the office was easy to work with and very knowledgeable regarding which inspections were required for the different types of financing. Overall everyone involved were a pleasure to work with.

Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable about the inspection. He was there early and did not leave any stone unturned. Tom shared what he found after he was done and put some concerns at ease. He has years of experience and came highly recommended. I would definitely refer FBI to anyone that needed a home inspection.
