Great customer service & quick turnaround time

We are pleased with the Inspection Report, it assured us about quality of our new home.

I left a message EARLY in the morning to see if we could get an appt the next day. The office called me before office hours to say they did have one appt left at 9:00 a.m. PERFECT! We then asked that the inspector let us know when he was almost done since the Buyer/Agent schedule was hectic. Jared not only called and texted me(TC) but he called and texted the agent as well to be sure the message was received. Then the report came in and the new system allows us to go through the "items of concern" and create a checklist easily for the other parties. Thank you FBI!

It was so easy working with FBIG . They answered all questions we had and gave us a very thorough inspection of our new home. We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future .

You can't go wrong when you hire FBI Group for an inspection. My client selected them for her inspection. They were VERY prompt, reliable, courteous, through and review the inspection with you after completing the inspection so that if you have questions you'll know the answer. They follow up the inspection with a full written report.
