Not only was he extremely through during the inspection, but when it was all over he took the time to go through all of the photos he had taken and explain everything he was looking for and what each photo showd. FBI was very professional and thorough. The presented the summary of the inspection at the end of the inspection. I had a great conversation with owner on pricing, knowledge of his inspectors, etc. I would highly recommend the FBI group!

We were approaching our 12 month walk through and wanted a detailed report helping us identify future issues with the builder. Patrick Modglin was appointed to us as the inspector. He was very professional and extremely thorough touching every square inch of our property. We got a very detailed report back same day that was easy to read. I now have a valuable tool to go to the builder with that outlines some significant defects that need to be fixed. I would highly recommend FBI and if you get Patrick, trust me when I say you are in good hands!!! Thanks FBI!
