My wife and I had a fantastic lunch at Flippin’ Cow! We started off with the Wisconsin Cheese Curds which were scrumptious. The Stella Moo is a smash burger topped with smoked brisket! Can a burger be any better. We enjoyed our server, Stella who was delightful.
