Passing through stopped at this gem of a place to meet a friend half way from the east coast this was our meet spot. Excellent food and staff.

Very good burgers. Great view of Simonton Lake from a lot of tables. Cozy seating even in winter. Very casual. More of a bar/pub feel than restaurant. Can be a little tight on car parking depending on when you go.

While everyone else is lined up like cattle at Texas Roadhouse and every other big establishment restaurant, they are missing out on this gem on Simonton Lake. The food, drinks, view and service at this restaurant are on par. The waitresses are friendly, especially to first timers. We came here from out of state, and plan on returning in the near future.
