Ventured to Elkhart from Lakeville and was just wanting someplace to treat my parents for lunch. Stopped by the stoic Flipping Cow and was not disappointed. Best Burger I have had in an eternity. Will be back again. Wait staff was stellar and such a fun and friendly environment; laid back yet refined.

The staff seems joyful with smile and grateful to see you.
The food is legitimately GOOD. Cheese curds aren’t just salt and fried. They use the art of herb & spice subtly.
Burgers - SO GOOD.
Fried fish, YUM.
For a small and intimate feel good spot, it’s good stuff.
OH! Whomever their mixologist is - I’m legitimately impressed.
