First Equity Funding

Closing my 3rd loan with Cory at first equity was a breeze. Quick and easy with barely any docs needed. Will be using again in the future.

I had a great experience with First Equity financing a construction loan. They moved the application quickly through the process and did an excellent job of requesting documentation in just one or two requests. The closing was smooth and now I am ready to turn this financing over into a permanent loan.

I had a great experience with equity funding especially Anthony and Nicole. Very professional and courteous staff honest as well . I plan on building my empire along with equity funding

First Equity Funding is great. I was recommended to them by a friend to get a mortgage and construction loan. They were honest and professional in every step of the way. They were very responsive and organized and made sure all of my needs were met on time. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Good job

I enjoy working with Cory and his team. They are true Proffesionals who truly care about their clients. The interest rates are competitive and the process is as easy as it gets for a Mortgage Process. :) I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Wonderful experience with closing on my real estate loan. They got it done quickly, great rate and my loan rep was very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

I have done a number of cash out refi's with Fist Equity Funding and they were really easy to work with. My account manager Ryan is very responsive and the loan process was so easy. I have a lot more refi' in the process and will continue using them.

I have worked with First Equity for 3 years now. Jack G. has provided awesome customer service by explaining the process and providing frequent updates. They were always there to pick up to the phone to answer all of my questions. First Equity made the closing process stress free and I will continue to use their services.

I have done many deals with Cory Anderson at First Equity. He is very professional and responsive. He always answers my questions and fixes any problems we may encounter through the loan process.

I been loan shopping for some time it toke me months calling different companies finding out there loan process and fees till I came across first equity. I first spoke to Corey that has only been great to me very understanding and very nice and specific helping me understand everything I need to know to move forward with my loan. I have to say Corey is amazing every time I been through this process seems like loans officers are always in mad mood and giving me hard time with Corey he so nice. I’m surprised because of my bad experience. I super happy I came across this company they are very fair in the deal I know I will be a loyal customer for many more years! I truly recommend first equity ask for Corey he my favorite I’m pretty sure everybody else is great.

This is my go to lender , amazing service , no upfront costs , no hidden fees , we closed in less than 2 weeks , they were able to give me a great rate , if you are looking for a hard money or investment loan these are you guys

Benny at First Equity saved me by securing a private loan for me when I lost my full time I come during the pandemic. I was able to close on my investment property almost on time even after my traditional financing fell through mid way. Great communication from the entire company as well.

Cory Anderson my broker was able to get this deal completed in the time frame I needed . That’s rare in this business
