Well worth the trip. We picnicked in the shade & watched families hit & field fully aware that the cornfield was behind us. No whispers from the corn even though it was a perfect windy day in July.

We went to the Field of Dreams Movie Site on Friday on the way home from Galena because my cousin really likes baseball. It was cool to learn about the history behind this field and see it in person. I recommend seeing it!

Worth the trip and it's totally free unless you want to make a donation or tour the house! Amazing how they preserved this site, it was like walking on the set. It is worth attending Ghost Player Sunday events, especially with kids. Great stop!!

A baseball field, cornfield and white farmhouse with red Barn and out buildings. A perfect setting in wonderful mid America while visions of "A Field of Dreams" come readily to mind. Imaginations can soar. Love it.
