Everything I ever dreamed of, and MORE. There's the house (I didn't do the tour inside of it but now I will need to go back for that) that, from the outside, looks just as it does in the movie!
And the baseball field- I would definitely recommend bringing a bat and a ball and trying to hit one into the corn.
They also have some merchandise you can buy. I purchased some post cards to send to all my baseball loving friends and family.
They also tell you more about how this property was chosen and gives and overview of the movie for people who have never seen it or haven't seen it in a long time.
