Heaven’s Best Mason City was wonderful. It was very easy to schedule our appointment. When we had an unexpected schedule change, the team worked with us to reschedule our cleaning. The guys that came to our house were punctual, helpful, and quick. They answered my questions and got right to work. We were very impressed with how the cleaning worked and that it was dry so quickly. Our carpets look fantastic and feel great!

Everyone I had contact with at Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning Mason City was amazing. Betsy was quick to respond to my emails and questions. When I had to update our schedule she was very accommodating. The two guys that came and actually cleaned the carpets were kind, courteous, helpful, and stayed on task. Our carpets look and feel better and were dry within the hour! Highly recommend!

The Heaven's best crew arrived at the time promised. They were courteous, efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning carpeted rooms, stairs and furniture. I am not a big fan of on line scheduling but they followed up with a phone call which was very much appreciated. I was able to get additional cleaning done based on that phone conversation.

The cleaning men arrives right on time and went right to work. I showed them what needed their attention and they started working. I was baking Christmas cookies while they were working and listening to Christmas music. They commented that they enjoyed the music and appreciated my choice. When they finished the project he showed me the product they use to clean with and told me about it. I will be using it often since we have company and hard use often.
