Ronny and his team from Ferretti Softwash performed an extremely thorough cleaning of our roof and driveway! We needed the moss removed from our roof for insurance purposes, and our 6 car driveway was black and green from a few seasons of rain residue buildup. Our roof and driveway now look brand new! Just a fantastic job! We're having them come out in the spring to wash and seal the stone coping around our pool. We'll be hiring them again in the future for sure!

My home is not old, but the north side of my roof had lots of moss growing and because of this my insurance company was going to cancel my homeowners insurance if not corrected. Ronny and Gena just left us with a "no moss" roof that our home insurance people said needed to be cleaned or they would cancel our insurance. When I first spoke with Gena I was concerned about sudsy water getting into the street, which is illegal and could lead to fines. Also, as environmentalists we do not want bad water going into storm drains that lead straight to creeks. Gena said they handle this all the time and I was highly impressed with the way they diverted the sudsy water. These people really know what they are doing! And they are nice. The whole experience was low stress. On top of that we got three bids and they gave us the lowest price. Laurie and I are happy and grateful to have met and worked with Ferretti Softwash.

Gina and Ronny of Ferretti Soft Wash are 💯!! I called for a roof cleaning estimate (pressured by home insurance renewal) and they came out the next day, inspected my roof, and consulted with me on a different treatment to improve my older roof. All free of charge. They did not try and talk me into their services or products which would not have worked best in this situation. I SO appreciated their honesty, integrity, timeliness, responsiveness and outstanding customer service.They are a legit, family owned, local business and I highly, highly recommend giving them a call. Oh! And they wash solar panels too - professionally! I will be calling them for my next solar panel cleaning to make sure it’s done the right way.
