Ferretti soft wash and Lighting

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this company. I always wanted my roof lined with lights for Christmas however, it was something we couldn’t manage on our own. I called and Gina picked up the phone. We scheduled for them to come out and within the week my house had amazing beautiful white lights everywhere! I don’t have to worry about turning them off or on either. They set them up on a timer to go on and off. It’s been completely hassle free. I would highly recommend using them.

Everyone with Ferretti was great. Gina answered all my questions before we agreed to the roof cleaning and the team was great when they came out to do the job. They took before and after photos and sent them along with the final invoice. They even took care to wet down out plants on the patio before the roof cleaning so they would be fine during and after the treatment. Would strongly recommend them if you have problems with algae growth on your roof. I needed it to prove to my insurance company that the roof is thoroughly cleaned and this did the trick!!

The services we paid Feretti to complete were to wash the house and windows and clean the gutters. The outside of our house has not been this clean in many years. They did a very good job.
Gina was very nice and thoroughly answered all my questions.
Some of the criteria I used to choose this company was that they are a locally owned and operated company and they are licensed and insured.

Solar cleaning was done really well. Required double clean due to being so long (we are newer to this house). But the guys just took care of it no extra charge. Super nice too.

Carlos did a great job cleaning up a roof that had a section covered in pigeon droppings, without leaving any of it on the ground. He also cleaned our solar panels which look spotless and now put out 10% more power than yesterday.

My Ferretti Softwash experience was nothing short of perfect - in every respect - communication prior to service, soft wash of the roof at our home, cleanup after soft wash, post-service communication, and price. We had significant moss and algae growing on our roof. Even as a licensed contractor, I was not aware of a service that could clean the algae and moss off our roof without damaging the roof surface - thereby adding life to our roof. My online research uncovered Ferretti, as a service that understood how to get the moss and algae of our roof, and do it without damaging the roof. My first contact with Gina at Ferretti was excellent - she explained in a detailed email what they would do, how they would do it, and how it would be priced. They google-mapped my home and gave me the exact square footage of my roof without having to come to my home - Gina then gave me a reasonable...

I called Ferretti Softwash and Power Wash to get a quote on washing my house and patio deck. I spoke with Gina over the phone who was very friendly and helpful!
Ronny came out to give me a quote and was actually able to complete the job that day. Later I noticed that there were a few scratches on the deck. I called and notified Gina and Ronny.
