Very much disappointed. Received a phone call from Fern Creek's office a day before my appointment. I was informed that Fern Creek no longer used my insurance carrier. If I wanted to keep the scheduled appointment fork over 44 bucks for the cleaning procedure or cancel. I canceled, looks like I won't be back.
Fern Creek didn't offer any other alternatives, like other insurance company's they use or any other means of paying. It's like they didn't need or want me as a customer. As a Air Force retiree I obtain insurance thru the military, with some choice's once a year on which insurance company I can use.
