I hired another FastSigns to construct a sign for my business. When I questioned the first franchise about the sign being out of square and not level, they ignored my concerns. It took the first franchise 4 months! When I called FastSigns corporate about the Racine franchise, Jason Roetz, the Racine Franchise owner just took down my sign and left us stranded. I turned to FastSigns Kenosha and had a totally different experience. Within no time, owner Michael Gaines had showed me that Roetz's construction composition was flawed. He redesigned the outdoor business sign and in almost no time (not 4 months like Fast Signs Racine) our new sign was installed and the nightmare was over. THANK YOU FASTSIGNS KENOSHA!!
