There’s nothing like the feeling of walking into a house freshly cleaned by family cleaners. I especially love the little extra touches that I find after my cleaning!

I recently moved to Simsbury from Tampa, FL. I was sad to lose my house cleaner for nearly 5 years. After reading many reviews, I decided to select Family Cleaners. I was impressed how quickly they responded to my questions and provided me a free estimate. After my first cleaning, I am impressed and so happy I found another cleaner just as good as my amazing one in FL. They treated my home like their own, did an amazing job on everything, and put time in making my feel like a valued customer. These women worked hard and my home is sparkling clean. I cannot find one thing wrong! Highly recommend!!!

I have used their services twice now and both times it was a positive experience. They performed a deep clean to start and it was excellent quality, they did a great job with a lot of attention to detail. They cleaned multiple things, like the bathroom fan, that the previous company I used had skipped. I'm continuing to use Family Cleaners for regular cleanings and when they returned to do the first cleaning they also did an excellent job. One of the cleaners accidentally damaged something while cleaning and they texted me immediately to let me know and were very helpful in working to make the situation right. I get the sense that they take customer service very seriously and are receptive to feedback. Twice there was misunderstanding regarding pricing as they way it was presented led me to believe the cost would be lower than it was, and they received that feedback well and stated...

Best cleaning. We used them for a deep cleaning in our house after having 2 other cleaners in our house prior to. All I had to say is WOW! The areas that the OTHER cleaners missed was unbelievable!

I am very happy with the work Family Cleaners did in my house. After painting the whole house there was a lot of dust everywhere, they did a fantastic job with everything. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

They took a while to clean one bathroom when they were done it looked brand new, the other bathrooms was just as clean, plus kitchen, I would definitely use them again.
