Ok first of all if any customer is looking for a great customer service, roofing, fascia, siding anything they specialize in definitely go with them.
Had our roof done awesome job.
Just needed a quote for some fascia, Ray came out looked at it and told me the honest opinion, just the bottom part of the board is rotten but the top part is a solid piece of wood. He told me he will just put some nails in it. That part is all about customer satisfaction. This company could have charged for the time to just go out to my house and do something small but they didn’t. They took care of me and were straight up honest. This is why this company has a customer for life. Great job!!!!!

I hired EBS to replace the shutters on my home. They were responsive and willing to work with me even though my request was outside of what they typically do and very reasonable compared to other bids i got. EBS did a great job of staying in contact with me when the weather was preventing them from working outside. When they came out the gentleman was knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. He was able to take down my old shutters and replace with new ones in less than 3hrs… Wow! I love the new look of my home! I would highly recommend Exterior Building Solutions and will definitely use them again!

Contacted several vendors to get estimates to repair a peeling fascia board. Chris Schumer with Exterior Building Solutions was the only vendor who maintained timely and efficient communication. He inspected the issue and even identified shingles that needed repair. He offered to also clean the gutters. Went above and beyond and coordinated with the office and project manager to get the work completed.
