Thankful to Aaron and Blake and the team involved who made the transaction smooth. There is continuous communication with an update status every step until closing. I will definitely keep coming back and recommend to other investors.

In general, Express Property Solutions was fine to work with. I have only 2 issues: 1) The back door of the house was found open during EPS's inspection period and it is not clear to me whether someone broke in or one of EPS's contractors left the door unlocked. The condition of the lock box and the combination still on it suggests the latter and, maybe or maybe not, someone else took advantage of it. 2) I was not in country when the sale was finalized. I found out about it 1st from my brother-in-law when an EPS rep contacted him to made arrangements to pick up keys. I felt EPS should have contacted me before anyone else.
