I am currently in the process of selling my home to these folks. I called them because I have heard they could close quickly. I was a bit skeptical at first but after speaking to the gentleman Peter on the phone and having him come to my house and make an offer I am very pleased so far. I cannot express how grateful we are for Express Homebuyers.we were initially scheduled to close on the sale of our home on 11/8/2023. Just before settlement an issue with the title was discovered from before we purchased the home and was missed by our title company. We ended up having to go through our title insurance to have the issue resolved. The process took over 2 months to resolve. Not only did Express Homebuyers not cancel the sales contract, they let us work with their title company, Closeline Settlements to help resolve the issue. Chris from Express was so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. We finally went to settlement on 1/17/2024. I would work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell quickly to a reputable company. They are exactly who they claim to be.

We had the best experience with the team at Express however Connor and Chris were exceptional. We had an offer in less than 24 hours, it was more like 3 hours and when they said they would call you back by a certain time you would absolutely expect that your phone would ring no later than by that time. They were prompt, courteous and truly a pleasure!!! I really could not believe selling a house could be painless and easy and overall a simple process but these 2 guys made it happen!!!!

When selling a home, there is always way in the back of your mind, a little voice saying, "This Could be a scam." Epically in my case where I sold my mothers house that was in another state. Long story short, these guys always stayed in touch with me, If I to called one of the members or support crew, they ALWAYS got back to me in UNDER an hour. I actually never say any of the people face to face that were involved in the process, but they were a phone call away.
