We had the best experience with the team at Express however Connor and Chris were exceptional. When selling a home, there is always way in the back of your mind, a little voice saying, "This Could be a scam." Epically in my case where I sold my mothers house that was in another state. Long story short, these guys always stayed in touch with me, If I to called one of the members or support crew, they ALWAYS got back to me in UNDER an hour. I actually never say any of the people face to face that were involved in the process, but they were a phone call away. My experience with Express Homebuyers was great. I had a rental property that I no longer wanted to manage. I knew it would need repairs and updates to sell. I spoke with a realtor as well as two other companies that advertise quick home purchases and Express Homebuyers offered the best option. The realtor was so surprised by the offer I was given that she kept checking in to see if the sale actually went through. I still had a renter in place so they knew we couldn't close for a couple months, but when the renter left almost a month early, Express Homebuyers was able to quickly move up the closing.
