Express Flooring

My mother recently had laminate flooring installed throughout her home. Unfortunately, I live out of town and just had the opportunity to see it. I am disgusted at the workmanship of what they did. Not only did they not remove her baseboards to install the flooring, but they caulked it all the way around with a hideous white color. To make matters worse, the caulk lines are so crooked and thick and thin in so many places. The work that was done not only looks like an amateur did it, but also in no way does it reflect the $8,000.00 that it cost her. They stained her walls in multiple places with something that was a bluish color, her shower curtain is stained, an item was stolen, and there are glue stains on her brand new laminate flooring. When she voiced her concerns, #expressflooring sent out a man by the name of Dusty, who is a field supervisor. Not only did he make excuses for everything, ultimately nothing was done to correct the problems. I have pictures to back up everything that I am saying. I will be in contact with Bret Hooyman tomorrow morning in regards to these issues. I will give them 1 opportunity to correct these issues and/or compensate her financially before I contact the corporate offices and take this issue further.
