They are wonderful to work with. They came in and cleaned up a commercial rental property that had been neglected for 11 years and did a bang up job. I am also going to sign up for the annual maintenance that they offer. They have gone the extra mile from the beginning to make sure I was well taken care of through the entire process. Lonnie was AMAZING! My house hadn’t been cleaned in at least 7 years and it was so beautiful when he was done. There were a couple spots that he even treated multiple times to get as much staining out as possible. I’ll definitely use them again!

The exterior of my home has never looked so good! We’ve owned our house for about 8 years and this is the first time we’ve had the exterior professionally cleaned. This company is amazing to work with from setting up the appointment to completing the job. I was able to get it done a few days after speaking with them. They are professional and personable as well. My house hasn't looked this good since we had it built 20 years ago.
The prices are wonderful. The thing I really like is that unlike some business people they try to get rich off one job. They've been pressure washing my house, gazebo and over size umbrella for years. I wouldn't have any other company doing it.

We were totally pleased with the work that Expert Power Wash did for us! We hired them to power wash our back patio and clean our windows inside and out. The first good impression that I got was that Christina answered the phone promptly and gave me all the information I needed and was able to schedule us in within a short amount of time.
