I would totally recommend Expert Power Wash. My project was cleaning over 900 solar panels. Since we had so many Tim broke the cost down per panel and the price was very reasonable. They hadn’t been cleaned in 2 years and with all the construction around they were very dirty. He had to start at 5 in the morning and finish by 9 that same morning. He was very flexible and worked around our schedule. He was able to complete this work in less than 5 days. He always showed up right on time and had a great attitude.
The difference was amazing. We are so pleased we are getting a contract for annual cleaning

VERY Pleased with the service and quality on my deck and sidewalk cleaning by Expert Power Wash! (503-403-6185). I called them after 5:00 pm but their customer service was great. I needed a quote right away, and Tim came out the same evening, and then juggled his schedule to accommodate my request to have it done before the weekend.

In spite of my limited budget we were able to agree on a reasonable price to clean the most important areas of my home. Tim called ahead of time to advise he could show up earlier than our appointment, which worked out great for me. He has the right equipment and know-how to do a professional job, and took his time to do it thoroughly and completely.

Tim arrived promptly at 8am and worked hard all day until 6pm washing our house, decks, railings, porches and stairs. The whole place looks amazing! I would absolutely hire him again. In fact, we have already lined him up to do the driveway and curb. Great service from a very nice guy!

We had our entire house, decks, storage buildings, extra large carport & asphalt cleaned by Tim at Expert Power Wash last weekend. Tim pays great attention to detail and does an outstanding job. He doesn't have to use a great deal of pressure, but things are clean as a whistle when he leaves! We will definitely have him do our pressure washing from now on.

My husband & I would absolutely recommend Tim at Expert Power Wash for pressure washing. Tim did an excellent job of cleaning our siding and driveway. He has the knowledge and expertise I was looking for. He did a soft wash on our siding and a power wash and treatment for our driveway. Our house has curb appeal again!
