Exceptional Carpet Cleaning

Exceptional Carpet Cleaning is absolutely amazing. We had pink fingernail polish set in our light carpet for months and they made it go away as if it never happened. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional and stand by their word.

I have used Exceptional Carpet Cleaning three times now, and each time I have been pleased. They answer their calls, are on time (and call to let you know they are coming), and do a great job for a reasonable price.

The team was courteous, careful with how they laid out the hoses making sure they did not scratch walls or baseboards, mopped up any wet areas on the bare floors, and most of all, the carpets look and smell great!

They were very nice, efficient, and did a wonderful job.

These guys came over SAME DAY when we had a sick pet emergency. They came in, knocked out the room and even through in a small hallway to help me out. Total time here: 20 minutes!! I can’t imagine giving my business to anyone else. Great, friendly, and fast service.

First time customer. Used their low moisture method. Very satisfied. Carpet dried more quickly than previous company we used; some areas needed fans to help dry but overall seemed like an improved method. Carpet feels soft. Looks bright. Pets stains gone!

Tim and the folks at Exceptional Carpet cleaning did a wonderful job on my carpets. My house is a rental property and the tenants who had just moved out had 3 big dogs and the carpets were filthy and didn't smell good. I messaged these guys on New Years Eve this year because my daughter spilled bright BLUE, sparkly nail polish on our light gray living room carpet... like, a LOT of nail polish. I had a response from Exceptional Carpet Cleaning within an hour and they scheduled to come out quickly after the holiday. Guys.... they got every last bit of polish out of the carpet!! It’s the best present we give ourselves. PLUS they’re trustworthy and I’ve often left them to finish up at the house after I’ve let them in and they leave everything in perfect shape. I get my carpets done every year by “professionals” and they said they couldn’t do anything for this area because of wear and tear. Exceptional made it loo lost new again! He was so polite, kind to my curious 6 year old, and patient with my yapping dogs at the back door. Worth every penny!
