We were very concerned with whether or not our problem areas could be cleaned and Excellent Exteriors was the only company that took the time to come out to look at our home and discuss our concerns, ensure us everything would come off successfully, and not just throw a price at us over the phone. Excellent Exteriors was absolutely wonderful. They came to the house, thoroughly looked over everything, gave a great quote, and then they came out the next day! When I came home from work, it looked like a brand new house! No more spider webs, bug crud, and random mold on the sidings. It was the best work I’ve seen, and I’ve used a lot of different power washing companies. Anyway, I don’t usually leave reviews but this company was amazing and I’m in love with the way our house looks! Thanks again you guys 🙌

I definitely recommend Excellent Exteriors. They provided my dealerships with super competive pricing to pressure wash & clean the gutters plus they got the job done right away. We have 2 car dealerships in rural King George County right next to a corn field so the exterior of our buildings get pretty dirty, but after we had it cleaned this week the buildings looks brand new. Sidewalks are white again, the stains on buildings washed away, and all the mud from the barn swallows gone! Chase and his crew really could not have been any better, they even provided us with aerial photos of our facilty taken from thier drone. 1st class company, don't waste your time looking elsewhere if you want the job done right.

What a great company! I heard about them from a neighbor who was pleased with the work and I called for an estimate. After meeting Chase we had them spruce up our deck. They power washed, replaced some boards and stained it a new color. We could not be more pleased ! Chase and his crew were quick, professional and kept in touch with us when rain prevented the painting on the day planned. He even dropped by as a surprise to move heavy plants and a grill back, just because he is committed to customer service!

It is rare that I am as impressed with a service business as I am with Excellent Exteriors. Chase and his crew have home and exterior cleaning down to a science. Chase was on-site to supervise his highly-capable team. This is not your typical one guy with a pressure washer type home cleaning business - this was a crew operating a variety of specialty high-volume low pressure exterior cleaning tools. Chase has invested heavily in his equipment and has done plenty of research and testing to ensure the cleaning methods he uses are efficient and safe for your home's materials and finishes. I was amazed at how little pressure was used to clean my siding. It was even more gentle than rinsing with a garden hose. Chase was eager to educate me on his cleaning products and methods when I expressed interest in his work. It is a joy to have someone who is so enthusiastic about their work...

Chase and his team were amazing. Communication was excellent amd friendly. I was able to get a quote the same day and the price was very reasonable. My roof looked pretty shabby and recent repairs were noticeable against the "older" roof. Now it all looks new again. Could not be happier with their level of service and demeanor.
