We saw the company truck in a Giant parking lot and contacted them on a whim. After pricing out a number of exterior cleaning jobs, we chose to clean and clear coat our fence and have our gutters flushed and tested. The fence was done way faster than we expected and we took their word the gutters worked since we weren’t home for the function testing. When a big storm rolled through, we were dissatisfied with our gutter functionality we contacted the owner to ask if he could make it better. The owner sent a crew back out and recommended we remove the gutter covers which were causing debris to collect, which we did, and they did a much deeper cleaning of the gutters FOR FREE. We really didn’t expect such a high level of customer service and we will definitely call upon them for power washing and gutter maintenance we have planned for the future.

I’m in the process of selling my house but my roof that still has a lot of life left in it was looking pretty bad from all the tree coverage, I called Excellent Exteriors and Chase and his guys came right out and did the roof cleaning and house wash. They did an awesome job, the roof looks brand new again. There services are a must have for anyone looking to sell there home or anyone trying to freshen there home up. Also there prices were more then reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

We saw your ad in our neighborhood publication (Lake Currents) and thought we'd get some information about your leaf removal and leaf vacuuming services. After explaining the task and costs, we decided to give Excellent Exteriors a try. Many people won't answer their phones if they don't recognize the number - YES even some businesses do that. Chase answered every time we called him. He was happy to schedule our task for a time we requested and just as accommodating when we had to move the time up. We didn't know if we'd be home when he came so we took pictures of what we needed cleaned up and texted them to him. We made out a check and left it under the doormat for him. My experience with Excellent Exteriors was a great one. Eric showed up at the job site 15 minutes early to set up so he could get started on time. I watched him power wash the house and he welcomed me to do so but made sure I stayed back far enough so the solution would not fade my clothes. Eric was just about done and I noticed a few areas didn’t come as clean as l would like and he went the extra mile and pulled out a scrub brush to clean those areas. Eric did an awesome job and I highly recommend Excellent Exteriors.
